They are looking to recruit both an experienced and/or trainee BUYER/PURCHASER (Mechanical and Electrical) Job Requirements: We are offering full time and permanent positions, clean, comfortable and friendly working conditions, good rates of pay, for immediate starts.
The ideal candidates should have the following skills: Computer literate and good experience with Microsoft and Sage.
Past experience in purchasing mechanical and/or electrical components would be beneficial.
Past experience in an engineering and/or manufacturing industry would be beneficial.
Reliable, punctual and hard working.
Be organised and work well under pressure.
Be confident in communications and negotiations with suppliers Be confident in searching for new suppliers.
Full comprehensive training will be given to any trainee/apprentice.
**Please note that you MUST be local to Ipswich, candidates who are not based within Suffolk will NOT be considered.
