We're hiring a Marketing Assistant to support our recruitment agency in creating engaging content, building our brand, and driving growth.

You'll be working alongside our current marketing and graphics teams to develop creative campaigns, manage social media, and help us tell our story in the most impactful way.
Responsibilities: Content Creation: Assist in developing and scheduling social media content, blog posts, email campaigns, and website updates.
Social Media Management: Manage day-to-day activity across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Campaign Support: Help plan and execute marketing campaigns, tracking performance, and analyzing results.
Brand Awareness: Work on initiatives to boost our online presence, including market research and competitor analysis.
Administrative Support: Manage marketing databases, reports, and assist with general team support where needed.
Copywriting for social media, website and external company brochures/marketing materials Collaborating with sales, TA, HR, Operations and other internal departments to develop and execute marketing plans Experience with Bullhorn is a benefit but not a must About You: Creative & Proactive: You have a flair for creating compelling content and are always looking for new ideas to try.
Digital Savvy: Comfortable with social media platforms, content management systems, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
Organized: You're able to juggle multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.
Team Player: Collaborative and communicative, you thrive in a supportive team environment.
Driven to Learn: Eager to develop your marketing skills in a role with room to grow.
Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing (or equivalent work experience) Ideally you have worked in Recruitment Marketing or a Sales Business prior Experience with social media management, email marketing and content creation Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
