Marketing Operations Manager

Marketing Operations Manager SaaS London/Hybrid You'll play a key role in developing and optimising marketing automation, email marketing, data management, and lead outreach processes.
Responsibilities: Build and deliver marketing emails for Field, Corporate, Partner, and Product Marketing campaigns using HubSpot, ensuring alignment with campaign targets.
Manage contact lists to support ABM campaigns and events, ensuring the accuracy of audience data.
Develop and implement automated sequences and cadences for business development teams in HubSpot, ensuring effective lead outreach supporting lead generation activity.
Track and ensure that leads generated from marketing activities are progressed, ensuring no leads are missed.
Maintain detailed documentation for marketing processes, automation workflows, and campaign management.
Continuously optimize processes to improve efficiency and results.
Background: You'll have a track record in marketing operations with proficiency in marketing automation tools including HubSpot.
You will have gained this in a SaaS business.
Ideally, you'll also have experience with ZoomInfo for data management and enrichment.
If you have built landing pages and forms and have familiarity with Storyblok that is a plus.
In addition, you understand email marketing best practices and can build complex, segmented campaigns.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines will also be key.
