Marketing Manager, EMEA – London - Global Financial Services Company Role: Marketing Manager, EMEA – London Salary: Competitive, £78,000-£85,000 (depending on experience), plus standard employee benefits such as pension and holidays.
Location: London (On-site 4 days per week, 1 day remote) Duration: Initial 12-month contract, with potential for extension or transition to a permanent role Start Date: Immediate (subject to notice period) Our client is a prominent global firm with over 30,000 employees and 160 offices in key international cities, including London, New York, Hong Kong, Zurich, and Singapore.
They are seeking a Marketing Manager to join the EMEA team, focusing on delivering impactful marketing campaigns across diverse topics, enhancing both internal and external engagement.

About the Marketing Team The EMEA marketing team partners closely with business leaders to craft creative, multi-channel campaigns.
These campaigns span areas including internal and external communications, employer branding, inclusion and diversity, engagement strategies, people communications, recruitment marketing, and brand and culture.
By leveraging insights and innovation, the team develops campaigns that resonate with a wide range of audiences while supporting the organisation's core mission and values.
The Opportunity As Marketing Manager, you'll spearhead high-visibility campaigns that align with business priorities and amplify the organisation's messaging.
You'll play a critical role in delivering global marketing campaigns focusing on topics such as: Internal and external communications to strengthen transparency and trust.
Employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
Inclusion, diversity, and engagement campaigns to foster a collaborative and equitable workplace.
People communications that highlight employee wellbeing and development.
Recruitment marketing efforts to support talent acquisition goals.
Brand and culture projects that reinforce the organisation's identity and values.
Collaborating with regional and global teams—including content, digital, creative, and events—you'll shape narratives that inspire employees and engage clients.
Key Responsibilities Execute EMEA integrated marketing campaigns on themes such as diversity & inclusion, corporate communications, employee engagement, and brand culture.
Partner with business leaders to deliver initiatives that enhance both internal and external engagement.
Coordinate multi-channel marketing efforts, including events, digital, print, and social media.
Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize results.
Serve as a brand champion, ensuring messaging consistency and alignment with organisational goals.
Requirements 5 years of experience in an end-to-end marketing role.
Strong project management, communication, and organisational skills.
Proven success in creating campaigns that resonate across diverse audiences.
A proactive, innovative mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred: Experience in B2B marketing or internal marketing campaigns.
Background in brand management, employer branding, or corporate communications.
Passion for developing impactful campaigns in areas such as sustainability, employee wellbeing, and diversity.
