As the company grows they're looking to hire their 4th marketeer in the team; a Marketing Manager who will report into and work closely with the Marketing Director as well as company owners and wider team (including in-house creative team).
As the Marketing Manager, you'll have a pivotal role in the small but mighty marketing team working on a variety of activity including new product launches, innovative campaigns, channel and digital marketing across D2C and B2B initiatives.
Key responsibilities include: Channel & Trade Marketing; overseeing key activations across retail and distribution channels, managing re-seller relationships and designing channel strategies Brand Marketing: Contribute to overall brand identity across all channels digital, social, events, influencer, content and social media Communications, PR Activities to elevate brand awareness Product Launches: Leading and supporting on product launch strategies for new and existing product lines in close coordination with the creative and design teams CRM/ e-commerce & SEO: Managing the online presence and optimize performance through data-driven insights as well as CRM platform Mentoring/Managing junior members of the team Ideal Candidate: A creative and commercially minded marketing professional with a broad skill-set across multiple channels from either a Retail, D2C or Product background.
Budget Management Skills: Proven track record in creating, managing, and optimising budgets Project Management & Collaboration: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Industry Knowledge: Background in licensing, consumer electronics, or pop culture products will be advantageous.
Technical knowledge: Familiarity with Klaviyo, PR tools, CRM platforms, and data analytics tools for enhanced customer insights and campaign optimisation.
