Job Role We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern/ assistant to join SHEIN's marketing department.
You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with our marketing team in all stages of marketing campaigns.
Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.
This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies.

Objectives of this role • Play a role throughout the marketing cycle in positioning, messaging, and storytelling • Contribute to marketing campaigns that further the company's strategic goals • Provide overall support to the marketing team with company processes and admin • Monitor consumer trends, feedback, and satisfaction levels • Apply marketing concepts to solve organizational challenges • Provide support for virtual and in-person events • Contribute fresh ideas that can enhance the brand's standing Responsibilities • Support teams to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives • Complete projects related to branding, content creation, and social media marketing • Assist management with the preparation of campaigns and reports • Handle inbound requests from vendors, customers and suppliers • Perform competitive market analysis to identify areas of opportunity (as required) • Collect performance metrics to measure progress Skills and qualifications • Curious, fast-learning, and resourceful • Organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail • Strong communication and presentation skills • Sense of teamwork and the ability to execute programs • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Self-motivated and hardworking Preferred qualifications • Bachelors degree with a minimum 2:1 • Written & Spoken second language is desired • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and industry trends
