Social Media Management: Manage day-to-day activity across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Campaign Support: Help plan and execute marketing campaigns, tracking performance, and analyzing results.
Brand Awareness: Work on initiatives to boost our online presence, including market research and competitor analysis.
Administrative Support: Manage marketing databases, reports, and assist with general team support where needed.
Copywriting for social media, website and external company brochures/marketing materials Collaborating with sales, product development, CRM systems, and other internal departments to develop and execute marketing plans Experience with Bullhorn is a benefit but not a must Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing (or equivalent work experience) Ideally you have worked in Recruitment Marketing or a Sales Business prior Experience with social media management, email marketing and content creation Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
