Marketing Assistant / Marketing Executive Salary : up £29,000 per annum Location : London / E1 (nearest tube stations Whitechapel / Bethnal Green / Stepney Green) Probation will be office based 4/5 days per week, following a successful probation homeworking is on offer with up to 2 days from home.
With this in mind candidates living in London or a very short commute from E1 are preferred.

Supporting the Marketing & Communications Manager in driving brand growth and developing diverse marketing initiatives, this role is ideal for someone with 6-12 months of marketing experience looking to grow within a dynamic, agile firm.

Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing : Manage website updates, social media content creation, email campaigns, and assist with video and podcast production.
External Campaigns : Support brand growth through marketing plans, assist with advertising, PR, and events.
Internal Communications : Produce newsletters, support charity events, and organise internal social activities.
Admin & Reporting : Track marketing expenditure, collate KPIs, manage the marketing calendar, and report on competitor trends.
Event Coordination : Assist in organising awards dinners and networking events.
What Experience Do You Need To Bring?
Education : BA/BSc (business, marketing or English Experience : 6 – 12 months in marketing, can be from an internship, degree placement or first job post university English : fluent English both written and verbal with very good eye for grammar, spelling, punctuation and proofreading Skills : Basic digital marketing, social media knowledge, strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
Tech : Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Canva or Adobe Photoshop a plus but not essential Attributes : Creative mindset, can-do attitude, team player, and eager to learn with a keen desire to develop in digital marketing Working as a two-person marketing team you will be given lots of responsibility early on, allowing you to flourish in building up an extensive marketing skill set.
