We are launching the business in early 2025.
Role and Responsibilities: Youll own all marketing activities for Cove leading up to the official launch of the business.
In the next few months, your top priorities will be building a waitlist for our product and testing creative marketing approaches to engage a broad audience.
Well collaborate with you, and your work will have a direct and massive impact on the business.
Youll have plenty of freedom to experiment — whether thats working with PR firms, influencers, or executing brave ideas of your own.
Were looking for someone ready to take charge and drive results.
Although there's no predefined set of responsibilities and you'll be shaping this role from elements that prove to work, at bare minimum this is what we'll expect from you: Develop and manage our marketing strategy, including paid ads, email newsletters, content calendars, and creating content.
Build relationships and work with PR firms and influencers.
Manage the marketing budget.
Create and manage communities focused on longevity, and engage with existing groups on various platforms.
Continuously research the market to keep a competitive edge and lead in innovation.
Work closely with the team to make sure all work is coordinated and aligned with the overall goals.
As Cove scales, youll have a direct impact on shaping the marketing team, with exciting opportunities for career growth.
What you'll bring: Marketing experience - ideally 2 years.
Ability to work independently while clearly communicating your plans to the team.
A self-starting attitude with a love for executing ideas and moving quickly.
Excitement about joining a startup and able to keep up with a fast-paced environment.
High IQ/intellectual horsepower & accuracy.
Humility, self-awareness, curiosity, and positivity.
A desire to build an early stage healthcare company focused on helping people optimise their health and live longer.
Passion for health, wellness, nutrition and a strong desire to achieve success in life.
Practicalities: This is a full-time role.
We work in the office 5 days per week in Shoreditch, Central London – when culture lines up, it is fun to be in the office together.
Salary: £28,000-34,000 per year based on experience.
Location: FORA Brick Lane, 42-46 Princelet Street, London.
Reporting to: Sandra Jasinska.
The target start date for this role is mid-November 2024.
