We are looking for a digitally-focussed, collaborative and solutions-orientated Marketing Executive to join the team in BBC Northern Ireland.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is a 12 month fixed-term contract.
The role is based in our Belfast office, with some flexibility to working patterns offered.

You will support the Head of Marketing in delivering campaigns that enable audiences to move smoothly from a broadcast to a digital BBC habit; growing our online services and making the BBC a valued digital experience with audience needs at its heart.Main Responsibilities The Marketing Executive is responsible for end-to-end campaign delivery for BBC Content brands, ensuring we deliver highly impactful campaigns which enable all audiences to discover and connect with brands from BBC Northern Ireland and the wider BBC portfolio.
You'll work on campaigns for brands and services including: BBC Radio Ulster / Foyle, BBC Sport NI, BBC News NI, iPlayer and Sounds.
The role is part of a small team, so we'll expect you to be a self-starter, multi-task with ease, work to deadlines and be able to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders across the business.
You'll be familiar with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media and provide innovative ideas in how best to target audiences online.
You will work closely with the Media and Creative teams in Northern Ireland as well as your counterparts in BBC Scotland and BBC Wales, and the relevant network Marketing teams based in London and Salford on all editorial content and services that portrays and delivers value to audiences in Northern Ireland.Are you the right candidate?

You will demonstrate experience of: Delivering high quality, creative and innovative marketing campaigns from the briefing stage to evaluation across a range of programmes, product brands and services – making the most of the BBC's own diverse marketing inventory and paid-for platforms.
Building effective and collaborative working relationships with in-house creative and media planning teams to ensure campaigns are of the highest quality and reach intended audiences.
Being a champion of digital marketing channels with a particular understanding of social media platforms – specifically on Meta and YouTube, incorporating ideas into marketing plans where possible and which are audience appropriate.
Supporting the Head of Marketing in working with colleagues in the other nations to enable pan-UK priority campaigns have relevance to audiences in each nation.
Leading on campaign evaluations with a particular focus and understanding of digital and social media analytics and being able to apply learnings to future campaigns.
