Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing and brand management.
The Marketing Executive will oversee all aspects of our marketing operations, from social media management and content creation to brand development and product marketing.
The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities Social Media Management: Develop and manage our social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok and potentially additional channels (LinkedIn & Pinterest).
Content Creation: Craft engaging content across multiple platforms, including blog posts, articles, newsletters, and video content, to engage audience segments.
The role will strongly focus on managing external content producers, including influencers and writers.
Product Marketing: Add product details to various online platforms, ensuring accuracy and appeal to boost sales.
Brand Guidelines and Development: Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimised for search and user experience across all channels, including online, social media, email, mobile, video, and print.
In this role you will be working across a range of brands as the business continues to grow.
Newsletter Writing: Create informative and appealing newsletters to engage and inform subscribers, driving loyalty and repeat business.
SEO and SEM: Optimise content for search engines and lead generation and manage pay-per-click (PPC) marketing efforts.
Analytics: Use analytics to monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, making recommendations for improvement.
Implement CRO techniques and monitor Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, and Revenue metrics.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours Degree in Marketing: Preferred but not essential if sufficient experience in marketing roles can be demonstrated.
Digital Marketing Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices, with experience in social media, lead generation, brand management, and content creation.
Strong Writing and Editing Skills: Excellent command of the English language and the ability to produce engaging content.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Analytics, SEO tools, Adobe, Canva and content management systems.
Creativity and Innovation: Ability to generate fresh ideas for content and marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.
Project Management Skills: Strong organisational skills to efficiently manage multiple projects and timelines.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various teams.
This is a hybrid role.
The Marketing Executive will be required to be on-site in Essex at least three times a week.
During our busier periods, you may be required to be in the office for whole weeks, and as a result, we will only consider candidates who can easily commute to Essex.
