The focus of the role is to demonstrate customer andbusiness impact via delivery of a strategic marketing plan.
Leading andinfluencing marketers within portfolio platforms and regions, you leveragecustomer-centric strategies to drive Croda Pharma brand awareness, leverage ourinnovation portfolio and grow our commercial pipeline.
Measures of success include lead generation,customer conversion and engagement, plusNPS.Reporting into the VP Marketing of our Life Sciences business, you willbe working in the fastest-growing business within Croda's portfolio and taskedwith leading a global marketing team to develop and sustain a high-performanceworking culture built on innovation, curiosity and inclusivity.Who we're looking for:Degree qualified in a technical discipline (Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences etc) and/or prior experience in customer marketing within the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health or Biotechnology manufacturing sectorsHighly inclusive leader with a background leading global marketing and cross functional teams and embedding improvement methodologies within a large, global organisation.Strategic thinker, creative with excellent analytical skills and exceptional leadership abilityStrong customer marketing expertise; including digital proficiency across tools and platforms and experience in driving impact across online customer experienceExperience in delivering high revenue product launches, in collaboration with specialised innovation teamsAnalytical mindset to benchmark the success of the marketing functions and understand customer and competitor behaviourExcellent communication and influencing skills to build relationships internally and with key customers globally and act as a key member of the Global Pharma Leadership teamPassion forsustainability and innovation with a clear vision on how to elevate both in ancomplex organisation Key Responsibilities:Providing leadership and strategic direction (3-5 years) for the global marketing function to drive commercial pipeline and revenuesRepresenting marketing on the Pharma Leadership team.
Focused on embedding strategic marketing practices to align marketing with business objectives and drive a culture of continual improvementBuilding strong relationships with cross functional teams in a matrix organisation, leveraging their expertise and specialisms for maximum market impactLeading our Croda Pharma brand, driving awareness and governing the brand globallyEstablishing and driving digital marketing and selling priorities, using a data-led approach to improve user experience across prioritised customer journeys.
This will include our roadmap to eCommerce.Understanding the changing needs of our customers and prospects, as well as building close relationships with our sales force and global media partners will be essential.Ensuring that succession and coaching is provided across the global marketing team to deliver/maintain the correct organisational structure and skills balance.Additional InformationThis position canbe based at any of our Croda sites globally with particularly preference tobeing based at our Head/Regional Offices in UK, Europe or North America.Croda recognises employees as ourstrength and the diversity they bring to our workforce are directly linked toour ongoing success.
