A top-tier US litigation law firm, headquartered in Los Angeles, is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to join their vibrant London office.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Marketing & Business Development Director, Marketing Manager, and global teams, supporting a wide range of marketing and business development initiatives.
Salary – £35,000-£40,000 per annum Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)* Working hours – 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with flexibility to occasionally work overtime to meet time sensitive deadlines) Marketing Coordinator Key Responsibilities: Assist in the execution of marketing strategies to enhance the Firm's profile, as well as the profiles of practice areas and industry groups Support the development and delivery of RFP responses, client pitches, and presentations to key clients and referral sources Aid in preparing submissions for directories and rankings (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500, Law360, American Lawyer) Create, edit, and update internal and external publications, as well as marketing materials Marketing Coordinator Key Skills & Requirements: 1-2 years of marketing or business development experience in a law firm or professional services Degree educated or a recognised marketing qualification Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of online newswire services, media tracking tools, internet resources, and website marketing Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and marketing automation systems, such as Pardot (or similar platforms) Strong communication and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail, and to maintain confidentiality * The successful candidate will be expected to be in 4 days during their probationary period
