Your primary focus will be operating within marketing systems like Marketo, Pardot, and Hubspot to showcase tangible results for our clients.
This role calls for a detail-oriented individual with exceptional skills in marketing automation.
You will be responsible for surveying marketing campaign briefs, building automation programmes and CRM targeting lists, monitoring performance, and creating landing pages.
Successful candidates will have experience with various marketing campaigns.
They will be adept at creating templates and executing email sends within marketing automation systems.
You will work in tandem with the Marketing Automation Manager to implement campaigns efficiently, build email programs, and offer insights for maximizing automation system usage and overarching strategy.
Roles and Responsibilities Operate marketing systems i.e.
Marketo to achieve client objectives Develop and execute email marketing programs, including segmentation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement Create consistent templates in marketing systems for campaign uniformity Analyze campaign metrics, distribute performance reports to the marketing team, and provide strategic recommendations Manage and optimize marketing automation efforts, staying abreast of industry best practices Conduct A/B testing to enhance productivity, conversion rates, program ROI, and sales growth Support key marketing operations in Marketo and Salesforce, including lead lifecycle, scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing Potentially maintain integration between Marketing Automation and CRM systems, and advise clients on best practices Work with the team to support overall strategy in this area and advise both internally and externally through relevant stakeholders Essential Qualifications 3 years of marketing automation experience Proficiency with all or some of Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot.
Other automation platform experience beneficial Expertise in database management and best practices Proficiency in generating performance reports and building dashboards Strong knowledge of digital marketing campaign strategies and Salesforce.com Superior communication skills and ability to work within tight deadlines Strong project management skills and experience in multi-platform email marketing campaigns Desirable Qualifications Familiarity with other CRM platforms Experience with Marketo Revenue Cycle Model or Revenue Cycle Explorer Proficiency in Google Data Studio and Google Analytics Skills in data interpretation and CRM platform auditing Familiarity with data handling and knowledge of data policies i.e.
