Role Summary : Discover International is supporting the search for a highly accomplished Market Access Principal to join a growing consultancy.
This senior role focuses on driving business growth, leading strategic client engagements, and delivering impactful commercial and market access solutions for pharmaceutical clients.
Key Responsibilities Business Development : Identify and secure new business opportunities with pharmaceutical clients.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Foster strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Project Leadership : Lead the delivery of complex market access and commercial strategy projects, ensuring client satisfaction and high-quality outcomes.
Provide strategic expertise in areas such as pricing, reimbursement, HTA submissions, and product launches.
Oversee multidisciplinary project teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
Thought Leadership : Act as a subject matter expert, contributing to the firm's reputation for excellence in market access consulting.
Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, building the consultancy's profile.
Team Development : Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
Collaborate with leadership to shape and grow the consultancy's market access practice.
Qualifications : Demonstrated success in business development within the life sciences or consultancy sector.
Extensive experience in market access and commercial strategy, including pricing, reimbursement, and payer engagement.
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing high-performing teams.
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
