The Right Person What We're Looking For: Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, results-driven manufacturing environment. A degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) is advantageous. Critical thinking, project management, and presentation skills. Positive ability to lead, influence, and develop teams, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability. A resilient, results-focused mindset with a passion for delivering meaningful change.
