Were seeking a driven Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team, supporting supply chain and operations to meet on-time delivery (OTD) targets while driving productivity improvements.
Key Responsibilities: PCB Testing & Fault Finding: Troubleshoot, repair, and test PCBs, ensuring component tolerance and failure modes are understood.
Process Improvement: Implement manufacturing controls to enhance efficiency across electronic products.
Drawings & Models Oversight: Manage electronic manufacturing drawings and models, ensuring consistency across shop floors and suppliers.
Cost & Productivity Optimization: Own unit cost models, suggest improvements, and streamline legacy processes.
Supplier Collaboration: Support PCB testing, component specifications, and source alternative parts for obsolescence.
Your Expertise: Strong understanding of RF circuits & antenna communication electronics Skilled in C++ programming and Matlab Experienced in PCB design and manufacturing optimization A problem solver, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities Qualifications: BSc (Hons) or MSc in Electronics Engineering, Avionics, or RF Chartered Engineer or working towards Manufacturing simulation experience If you're ready to take on a challenging role that combines technical expertise with process innovation, we want to hear from you!
