We are seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our client's team in Central London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment, providing essential support to a leading financial services company.Key Responsibilities:Provide first and second-line IT support to staff, handling technical issues promptly and professionally.Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, ensuring timely resolution.Maintain and monitor IT systems, networks, and equipment.Assist with onboarding new employees, setting up hardware, software, and access.Support internal teams in using IT resources effectively.Document technical procedures, solutions, and support requests.Key Requirements: 1-3 years of IT support experience.Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese is essential.
