You need to understand what's keeping your client awake at night, you need to be deep into their business – both operationally and strategically, to be on hand as a partner to help navigate clients through this and offer a firm point of view.
We expect you to spend time with your clients, be at their offices, and be on their speed dial.
Internally you help bring the best of what we have to offer to bear; working closely with all teams to ensure the work is on brief and up to standard.
You are the client inside.
You galvanise internal teams around a challenge and bring in relevant teams as and when needed.

As the senior most client contact your background in media must be solid with a broad understanding of full service marketing and our offering in supporting all areas of this.
You set the tone for your team in terms of behaviours and expectations and are ultimately responsible for the relationship with the client.
This role will be in the Luxury and Retail Client team with DeBeers, Hermès and Wolverine as anchor clients.
The scope of the work is international, but the role is based in the UK.
We operate a hybrid global-local model, and you would be expected to liaise with multiple local senior leads to achieve alignment to the global strategy and future proof.
Responsibilities: Client Management: Client confidante; debates and supports, tackles challenges as a teamSet the team expectations from operations through to Mx, strategy and dataKeep clients up to date on industry trends and what this means for their businessBring new news to clients; we lead in our expertise, we don't follow / respondPlace the client's needs at the heart of all delivery and build strong, meaningful relationships'Sell in' annual plans / large Mx briefs across all channels to senior clientsTo have completed Client Development PlansWork seamlessly with all teams to ensure brilliant thinking is turned into brilliant implementationWithin all annual planning and strategic/planning pieces include a 'source of growth (SOG)' using the Analytics Team benchmarks and applying a contribution to conversation from mediaChallenge strategy and ideas to ensure they are remarkable and inspirational for our clientsRecognise new areas of income via a strong understanding of the services Havas Media Network offersCommercial: Provide timely, accurate billings projections and keep commercial reports and forecasts updatedUnderstand specific client needs and work with the wider HMN capabilities to create and develop tailor made services and solutionsMake new business everybody's business - act as an agency leader in new business by supporting new business and marketing in all areas including PR, case studies and award entriesShare responsibility with the rest of the management team for developing new revenue streamsSupervise / undertake additional projects beyond client responsibilities as requestedAgency Leadership and People Management: Work with the rest of the agency management team forming a high performing senior management team that inspires development across all corners of the agencyEngender an agency culture and an agency belief that allows people to suggest their own thoughts around the service we deliver for our clientsInstil a culture throughout the agency founded on our common and shared valuesProvide a support framework that allows people to enjoy the work they do, feel supported and recognised with continual communicationEnsure the agency output is grounded in client needs but also delivers the ambitions of the agencyWhat's on offer from Havas: We want you to do the best work of your career.
