The Managing Director, Crozier UK is a transformational and high impact leader, responsible for driving significant growth. Reporting directly to the MD Europe & Asia, this role drives organic growth. The GM, Crozier UK will drive change by building a best-in-class business development and client solutions organization, and driving operational excellence while managing high performing, industry leading teams.
The successful incumbent will be the business owner of the market and have responsibility for driving revenue management, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. She/he will partner with other functions to coordinate strategic selling efforts for the market.
The MD, Crozier UK must be comfortable with ambiguity and able to work in a rapidly evolving world as it adapts to current market trends, technology shifts, competitive dynamics, and a business with an increasingly global scope.
This leadership role will manage the sales, marketing, project management and solutions portfolio as well as the operations and P&L results for the business. She/he will also work closely with the Growth Office and other regional leaders to establish a multi-year strategy for the business.
Key Responsibilities Develop and drive the growth strategy for the business in the regions.Prioritise growth strategy based on opportunity, return-on-investment, resource availability and time to market attributes.Assess and determine product adjacencies within Iron Mountain business lines to execute in market.Cultivate appropriate awareness among key internal stakeholders while working with externally facing resources to align to outside stakeholders.Enhance brand reputation, while extending credibility as a thought leader in the broader Fine Arts arena.Your Qualifications: Visionary – Sees and creates opportunity ahead of the market; strong conceptual thinker; energizes others around his/her picture for the future.Gravitas and finesse – Can work with, and for artists, individual and institutional collectors.Business acumen – Proactive, decisive and self-sufficient, with the ability to anticipate the business' needs.Drives Execution – Orientation towards execution, passionate about the details, owns decision making, drives for results.Team builder – Able to attract talented people and build a team with complementary strengths.Strong communicator – Excellent verbal, written and stand-up skills.Integrity – Possesses the highest levels of professional and personal honesty and ethics.At Iron Mountain, we challenge ourselves and inspire others to create innovative business solutions that make a positive environmental and social impact.
