Our client is a purpose-driven organisation dedicated to increasing diversity in executive and non-executive leadership roles.
They are looking for an experienced and visionary Managing Director of Corporate Partnerships to lead the next phase of growth for their corporate business.
This is a newly created role where you will work closely with the CEO and Board to craft and execute a three-year strategic plan starting in 2025.
You will lead a corporate team of five, overseeing business development, partner relationships, and product innovation.
As a key spokesperson, you will represent the company at industry events, networking with high-profile partners and driving their mission to create more inclusive leadership across UK organisations.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Corporate Partnerships team to grow the corporate client base and deliver successful partnerships.
Develop and implement a strategic business plan to drive sustainable growth.
Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and corporate partners.
Collaborate with the Membership and Marketing teams to align business strategies.
Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience in corporate leadership and business development.
Ability to influence and engage at the C-suite level.
Expertise in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) and leadership development.
Strong public speaking, presentation, and networking skills.
Ability to create and execute business strategies, manage KPIs, and drive new business.
Experience managing teams, developing talent, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
