To realise our potential as an agency, we are seeking an experienced and ambitious Managing Director to lead the agency's commercial operations and client services.
By your side will be our world class team of strategists, producers, writers, art directors, designers, editors, coders, makers, breakers, dreamers and doers.
___________________ Role Overview The Managing Director will oversee all revenue streams at Bright Signals, including existing client relationships and new business opportunities.
They will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to implement growth strategies, enhance client service delivery, and foster a supportive, collaborative company culture.
As a pivotal figure in the agencys future, the Managing Director will unite and develop the client leadership team, ensure operational excellence, and drive the agencys continued growth.
___________________ Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy: As part of the senior leadership team and in close collaboration with the CEO, play a key role in developing and executing the agency's long-term vision and growth strategy.
Lead the client leadership team, fostering a united, high-performance environment.
Act as the agency's integrator, defining and driving a cohesive and supportive company culture.
Revenue Management: Oversee and drive total agency revenues, from both existing and new clients.
Lead on new business development, identifying and securing new clients, and driving growth in partnership with the senior leadership team and the wider agency team.
Like everything at Bright Signals, converting new business wins is a highly collaborative process that draws upon our full spectrum of talent.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and revenue growth from existing clients.
Client Service Excellence: Ensure outstanding client service levels are met, overseeing the performance and service quality of the account management team.
Take an active role in the tender and new business proposal process, ensuring excellence and increased win rates Operational Excellence: Work with team leaders across the business to optimise operational processes that are integrated, efficient and effective.
Collaboration & Team Development: Work closely with the senior leadership team to foster collaboration across departments.
Support the professional development of the client leadership team, ensuring alignment with the agency's overall strategy and goals.
___________________ Experience & Qualifications Proven experience in a leadership role within a marketing, creative, or technology-driven agency.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing revenue growth and developing client relationships.
Ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
Exceptional communication skills.
A strategic, entrepreneurial and disruptive mindset.
