You will perform a critical role contributing to client workstreams, supporting business development, and helping our team to grow and develop.Generate hypotheses and take ownership in storyboarding in cooperation with the teamLead the design and delivery of small projects and / or large, complex work streamsProduce client ready deliverables that exceed expectations and require limited review To work effectively with clients whilst delivering engagements and act as an 'ambassador' for KPMGContribute to the development of the team and fostering our collaborative and supportive team cultureProvide timely feedback and coaching to your team members Work on the development of our propositions and knowledge baseSupport the identification of on-sell / cross-sell opportunities Build and maintain a strong internal and external network Demonstrate high levels of drive, ambition, and ability to collaborate at high levels of intensityWhat will you need to do it?Demonstrate deep expertise and an ability to generate insights in the sector with a demonstrated passion for working on critical issues facing the infrastructure sectorsExperience working on procurement transactions, ideally for infrastructure projects and programmesBackground in developing client operational and/or supplier delivery modelsAbility to lead parts of complex infrastructure delivery model design including commercial and procurement strategyAbility to display involvement in business development activity building relationships with clients during engagements Experience in contributing to thought leadership and knowledge management activitiesBe comfortable handling ambiguity and changing client demands Strong numerical capabilities combined with sound commercial acumen Excellent English written and oral communication skillsSkills we'd love to see/Amazing Extras:Experience in Water, Energy or Power sectorsA passion for learning and maintaining knowledge of trends in the latest thinking related to client operational and/or supplier delivery modelsProfessional qualification (or working towards one) such as MCIPS, MRICS To discuss this or wider Deal Advisory roles with our recruitment team, all you need to do is apply, create a profile, upload your CV and begin to make your mark with KPMG.Our Locations: We are open to talk to major projects advisory talent across the country but our core hubs for this role are: London Canary WharfManchesterBirminghamWith 20 sites across the UK, we can potentially facilitate office work, working from home, flexible hours, and part-time options.
