This company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Management Accountant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation of management accounts and financial reports.
Supervise and mentor a team of management accountants.
Ensure compliance with ACCA standards and financial regulations.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and improve financial performance.
Requirements: ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant.
Proven experience in a management accounting role.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
