Job Advert: Management Accountant Location: Broughton, UK Hourly Rate : £36/hour Contract: 12+ Months IO Associates is seeking a talented and driven Business Controller / Management Accountant to join our dynamic team.
This role offers a varied and challenging opportunity, requiring strong analytical skills to manage both recurring and ad-hoc activities, while driving continuous improvements in financial processes.
You will collaborate with multiple business units and play an essential part in ensuring the financial health and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes, ensuring alignment with the company's financial objectives.
Work closely with local business and operational managers to identify and propose improvement projects for inclusion in the budget assumption pack.
Validate financial information (business case, ROI, sizing) for decision-making.
Provide robust and timely financial reporting to both local and central teams to track performance against targets and highlight potential financial risks.
Essential Skills and Experience: Qualified Accountant (CIMA preferred) with at least 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in a manufacturing or commercial environment.
Proficiency in SAP or equivalent financial reporting tools.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels across different countries.
A positive, proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to work in a dynamic and enthusiastic team environment.
