Job: Maintenance Team Leader Location: Coalville Salary: £58,000 Shifts: 4on 4off (Days & Nights) Industry: Heavy Manufacturing Maintenance Team Leader wanted for a busy manufacturing plant in Coalville.
The Successful candidate will lead a small team of maintenance engineers and play an active role in maintenance activities.
As a Maintenance Team Leader you will have come from a Mechanical background with an element of multiskilling.
You are responsible for leading a team to rectify all malfunctions / breakdowns in a safe manner, to ensure the continuity and productivity of the plant.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the shift maintenance team Mechanical bias with strong electrical skills Report out on shift maintenance team activities Ensure team works to high standards of health & safety to meet or exceed legislative requirements & company standards Deputise for Shift Manager if they are not on site Ensure shift team are following reporting protocols and carrying out maintenance reporting through CMMS system Ensure shift team are filling out Major Breakdown Reports as required Lead completion of TPM/PPM activities Constantly monitor each stage of the process.
