Maintenance Operative - Oaklands Holiday Park - Harwich, Essex Contracted Hours: Part Time Job Type: Seasonal Department: Maintenance Hours Per Week: 24 Salary/Rate of Pay: £11.44 per hour Park Holidays UK is looking for talented, enthusiastic and passionate people to join our team.
Responsibilities: Carry out general maintenance and repairs across the holiday park, including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
Conduct regular checks and inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address any issues.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work carried out.
Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Undertake gardening duties including mowing lawns, weeding, planting, and maintaining the holiday park's outdoor spaces.
