A fantastic opportunity for a multi skilled maintenance manager has arisen, to work for a plastics manufacturing organization local to Leicester Salary up to £55,000 Shifts 36.35 hours (Flexitime) Location Commutable from the Leicester (Multi skilled maintenance manager) Excellent leader able to demonstrate an engaging and inspiring management style.
Excellent working knowledge of health and safety legislation in manufacturing and engineering maintenance environments Experienced and extensive knowledge of service driven process industries.
Experience leading a multi-site engineering and maintenance team to achieve uptime targets Excellent knowledge of all regulations and legislation affecting manufacturing industry e.g., ATEX, LOLER etc.
Excellent communication skills.
An understanding of ISO 9001 and the ability to prepare processes consistent with it to support customer service outcomes.
Experience working with machinery i.e.
