Machine Build Tester

Mechanical Machine Tester Location - Greater Manchester Salary - £37,000 to £40,000 Responsibilities: Take responsibility for completing machine set up and commissioning ready for customer factory acceptance trial.
Conduct and/or assist Project/Applications team with customer factory acceptance trial.
Complete and collate relevant documentation (machine settings) and assist the Applications team in preparing despatch documentation.
Effectively document the machine build and any changes made to the build.
Assist in building a machine to its completion using accepted industry standards with efficient and effective use of time.
Accurately and systematically troubleshoot during the machine build and set up to determine the cause of the problem and present or implement workable solutions.
Work alongside Engineering to find workable solutions to problems that inhibit build or performance of a machine.
Skills: ONC Qualified Ability to read and understand drawings and build specifications.
Ability to troubleshoot and provide workable solutions Effective communication skills in both written and oral forms.
PC literate with experience in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word and internal systems.
