Key Responsibilities: End-to-end transaction execution: Assist in the management and execution of M&A deals, with a specific focus on sell-side transactions , including financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and deal structuring.
Client relationship management: Work closely with senior team members to manage client interactions, develop bespoke solutions, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various sectors.
Market research & analysis: Perform in-depth sector research, identify potential acquisition targets, and assess market trends within the energy and climate tech sectors to support deal origination and strategic recommendations.
Deal support: Collaborate with senior team members to draft pitch books, information memoranda, and other deal-related documents, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements: 3-5 years of relevant experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance, with a strong background in sell-side transactions .
Previous experience at a boutique firm is essential, offering exposure to high-impact, entrepreneurial environments.
Sector expertise: Experience within the energy and climate tech sectors is critical, with the ability to understand the unique dynamics and trends shaping these industries.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with a proven ability to handle complex financial data and provide clear insights.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
