Job summary To lead on the administration of the London Spinal Cord Injury Centre's (LSCIC) Outreach Service and Community Liaison Service, assisting in both the Adult Referrals and the Children and Young Person's referrals (CYP).
Main duties of the job To provide an administrative service for the Spinal Outreach Multi-Disciplinary Team, the Community Liaison Team, the CYPs Team and the wider LSCIC MDT as required.To deal with all incoming telephone and email enquiries and written queries promptly and efficiently ensuring that the information is effectively dealt with and recorded.Oversee the three team email inboxes for Adult Outreach, CYP outreach and Community Liaison to ensure that all incoming information has been disseminated and savedTo add outreach notes to Note-on as required.To promote an open and friendly working environment.To keep accurate data on patients using the appropriate audits and data gathering, collating the information and presenting them demonstrating IT skills such as Excel, Power Point, Word etc.To catalogue and organise all data collections including KPI data, waiting list data for all three services, to include visit logs for all team members.To provide data on request to members of the wider MDT and external stakeholders for use in presentations and postersTo record patient information on the National SCI Database as appropriateTo manage the outpatient letters and monitor responsesTo organise and lead the use of the E-roster and EProc systems for all team members with supervision from the Team LeadTo organise and record all of the teams expenses and submit to payroll on a monthly basisTo assist in the administration of external courses About us RNOH Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust (RNOH) is the largest orthopaedic hospital in the UK and a global leader in our field.

Person Specification Communication & Relationship Skills Essential Ability to work on own initiative, make effective decisions and problem solve effectively without supervision Desirable Knowledge of NHS applications and clinical systems Knowledge, Training & Experience Essential Advanced computer literacy on Microsoft Word / office/excel/Outlook/PowerPoint Desirable Previous experience of working in the NHS.
Analytical & Judgment Skills Essential Excellent communication skills Demonstrate effective leadership and interpersonal skills Desirable Management experience Planning & Organisational Skills Essential Able to work to tight deadlines & deal with multiple issues at the same time Desirable Previous experience of coordinating a service IT Skills Essential Knowledge of a range of MS Office packages in particular Word, Power point and Excel.
Desirable Experience of developing and building excel spreadsheets.
