Logistics Operations Lead

Our third-party client is seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Lead to oversee and elevate their logistics fulfillment service, ensuring it meets strategic organisational goals.
Position Details: Location: Primarily based in Dalmarnock, Glasgow, with travel to main stores in Glasgow and potentially Fife.
Duration: 18 month FTC Hours: 35 hours per week, typically 7 hours per day between 07:00-17:00.
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum Working Model: Hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days in the office each week to drive ongoing improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the Logistics Operations team, driving a high-performance fulfillment service aligned with Shared Services and organizational objectives.
Act as the lead coach to enhance internal customer service, managing team performance to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize efficiency.
Promote a collaborative culture, proactively identifying synergies across the CFO Portfolio to achieve shared goals and enhance portfolio impact.
Develop and implement operational dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
Key Skills & Requirements: Proven leadership in logistics operations, with a track record of driving high-performance standards in fulfillment services.
Strong coaching and performance management skills to foster excellent internal customer service.
Ability to build collaborative relationships and identify synergies across departments.
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with experience in developing operational dashboards.
