LOCUM DENTIST FOR BIRMINGHAM (B19) To work 1-2 days per week, available days are Tuesdays and Thursdays Hours: 9am- 6pm with 1 hour lunch break Starting ASAP, ongoing locum Offering £450 day rate for 25 UDA's per day they will pay £12 per UDA for over achieving the target and £12 deduction for under achieving the target 2 surgery site, Kodak R4 software All candidates must have UK experience They offer Oral surgery and implants at the practice and now wish to offer Endodontics too
