Job DescriptionThis role would suit a highly motivated young (at heart) live-in support worker with a passion for complex care needs in younger adults.
Our client is living with cerebral palsy and uses a motorised chair.
He attends university and is studying mathematics.
Whilst he requires support with all aspects of his personal care, he is keen to live his life to the full and wants to be involved with all aspects of a social life that is appropriate for his age.

They must have a sense of humour and be willing to engage in social activities as well as supporting his ability to live well with dignity.
Our successful candidate will be patient in order that our client has time to make and execute choices and achieve personal goals.
This would suit someone who has a high level academic history but who has a passion for bringing joy and is not afraid to get stuck in.
Given the complexity of need, this would suit someone who has had experience of supporting complex needs in younger adults.
