Responsibilities Set up and operate lithographic printing presses for ceramics Monitor the printing process and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and colour accuracy.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct quality checks on prints to ensure consistency and excellence across all pieces produced.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety and operational protocols.
Requirements Proven experience in lithographic printing, with ceramics as an advantage.
Strong understanding of colour theory and printing technologies.
Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
Ability to interpret and execute complex designs and specifications accurately.
Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and maintaining printing equipment.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and designers.
Flexible and adaptable mindset, willing to learn and grow within the role.
