Job Description: Experience: We are looking for dealers with a minimum of 18 months experience to join our team in Cardiff.
Expertise: Proficient in roulette, blackjack and three-card poker.
Customer-focussed: A warm, engaging personality with top-tier customer service skills.
Attention to detail: Precision, fairness and an adherence to gaming regulations.
Flexibility: The ability to work nights, weekends and bank holidays.
Licence: You must hold a Personal Function Licence (PFL).
Ability to work in the UK: You must be over 18 years of age and be legally able to work in the UK.
Key Skills: You must: Behave professionally.
Be able to deal games with expertise and flair,ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Uphold integrity and security at the table whilemaintaining a friendly demeanour.
Ensure the game commentary is clear and companyprocedures are adhered to.
Engage with guests, creating memorable experiences.
Be able to explain the rules of the game to customers.
Stay informed on all game rules and casino policies.
Carry out all gaming operations, including tableadministration.
