Our client, a thriving Legal company based in Basingstoke , is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join their team as a Legal Secretary.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join their highly regarded, award-winning department.
The role includes:- assisting with the drafting and filing of legal documents & client telephone queries, managing and organising legal correspondence and documentation – typing correspondence and documents (audio experience desirable).
Coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, providing administrative support to legal professionals – file opening, giving quotes and sending out quote letters, scanning, photocopying and filing, managing email correspondence.
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion, ensuring the smooth running of the department and assisting with general compliance.You ideally need to have proven experience as a Legal Secretary (ideally in a Private Client Department), excellent knowledge of legal terminology and documentation and be enthusiastic and confident.
