The future is safe in her hands.
The Role: As a Leasehold Advisor, you can make your own powerful contribution to helping our residents feel at home in Westminster.
As more tenants purchase their properties under Right to Buy, we are continually looking at ways to enhance and improve the service we offer them.
Accuracy, transparency and value for money are all critical.
You'll work across a wide range of activities including billing, income recovery and customer contact to deliver high-quality all-round support to our leaseholders.
From calculating charges to producing statutory notices and key documentation, collecting charges to dealing with complex enquiries and complaints, no two days are the same.
