Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers with classroom activities and provide essential support to students across various subjects.
Work with small groups or individual students, offering tailored assistance to help meet their specific learning needs.
Help manage classroom behaviour, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEND) to ensure inclusivity and engagement in the classroom.
Assist in preparing learning materials and resources for lessons.
Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and help identify areas for improvement.
What We're Looking For: A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational growth.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability in supporting different subjects and age groups.
Prior experience working in a school setting (preferred but not essential).
An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
