Learning Support Assistant - Challenging Behaviour

LSA - Challenging Behaviour Colchester ASAP start Full time, temp to perm 12 weeks via the agency to ensure its a good fit for all parties, then transition to a permanent contract   We are seeking to appoint an experienced LSA to work for a fabulous Alternative Provision that supports Primary students based in Colchester.
We are looking for an LSA who is used to dealing with challenging behaviour, with ideally KS1/KS2 classroom experience.  Holding a driving licence would also be a bonus, as there may be requirements to travel to their site in Witham for cover (mileage for this would be paid).
Previous restraint training and knowledge of TPP practice would be beneficial.
The hours would be 8.30am to 4.30pm Mon-Thurs and 8.30am to 4pm Fri.   The Legal bit Protocol National ltd trading as Bookmark is acting as an employment business for this position.
If you are successful, Protocol is required to see evidence of your Right to Work in the UK; in addition to you applying for an enhanced DBS Certificate should you not already hold a suitable certificate registered on the DBS Update Service.
