Role Purpose: The main purpose of the Learning Project Manager Role is to build, deploy and maintain core and strategic learning programmes for the finance function.
In this role you will build relationships across the various finance areas, the finance learning steerco, the finance learning network, global learning team, learning services and learning providers.
The Learning Project Manager will be responsible for driving the development and deployment of learning initiatives on time / in full for the finance function, working with internal and external experts, finance stakeholders as well as the finance learning network.
They will do so by leveraging the learning ecosystem (technology, learning services, global learning interventions and courses) as well as developing finance specific interventions.
The Learning Manager will receive great exposure by working closely with senior stakeholders to understand and prioritize the learning and development needs.
You will be accountable for ensuring deployment of learning projects on time in full.
Responsibilities : Manage the operational side of the finance learning steerco (agenda, invites, meeting rhythm, follow up on actions…) Manage the community of learning champions Lead the deployment of learning interventions for the finance function (finance license to operate) Project manage the design of finance specific learning (handbooks, Spotlight) Deploy, and adapt as required global learning initiatives for the finance function, leveraging the global learning ecosystem Work tightly with your communications partners as part of raising awareness of learning and development opportunities using engaging tools and campaigns to ignite interest and engagement Measure and assess return on learning and business impact.
Experience and skills required: Experience in leading global projects with multiple contributors and stakeholders Experience in developing and deploying learning interventions for a global audience with an understanding of virtual delivery platforms + functionalities (MS teams suite), learning management platforms, digital learning technologies.
Passion for people development Demonstrated strong project management skills and confidence (agile and waterfall) You have strong influencing skills to manage others who do not directly report to you, ensuring that you deliver the agenda you need to with the help of others who may have competing time priorities.
You are comfortable in making choices and delivering the required solutions in the most cost-effective way, understanding the different options of delivering/ deploying content that are available.
