Purpose: The successful Learning Programme Coordinator will coordinate all programmes to ensure clients, delegates, associates and team members have what they need, when they need it and at the highest possible quality.
Although this role is primarily coordination, there is the opportunity for the right candidate to develop their learning & development skills through some supervised design projects.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to: Management of the whole training planner Ensuring all programmes have a plan end to end with critical dates mapped Proofing and printing of materials and resources Production of training materials Control of all activities and games owned by our client First point of contact for inbound enquiries via phone or website contacts Liaison with all associates to ensure that they deliver on their requirements and also that they are equipped with all materials required Ensure case studies and testimonials are collated from associates Be the link with clients for workshop logistics etc Lead on profile generation, 360/180 feedback reports Evaluation/skill scan collation and reporting Issuing of associate agreements and project contracts via DocuSign Client & associate management to support Head of Learning & Development Opportunity to support design of training materials for development Event coordination & planning Qualifications: Proven experience in programme coordination or similar roles within the learning and development industry.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using software such as DocuSign and HubSpot (or willingness to learn).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
