This is a remote based position with frequent travel across our 4 sites - North Yorkshire, Milton Keynes, Cambridgeshire & the Isle of Wight.The role comes with the option of a company car or car allowance; 10% bonus; private medical cover; up to 8% contributory pension and 25 days annual leave.Key Responsibilities: Strategically lead and align learning initiatives with Thalia's long-term business and HR strategies.Serve as a senior advisor, delivering insights and strategic direction on workforce development to the leadership team.Enhance and optimise our Learning Management System, Elevate, ensuring it supports strategic outcomes and maximises learning engagement.Utilise data analytics to identify skills gaps and develop targeted learning interventions.Lead the management of our comprehensive mandatory training programmes, ensuring compliance and effective training outcomes.Drive the adoption of innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance learning effectiveness across the company.Develop and manage leadership development programmes in collaboration with the Talent lead, focusing on high potential employees and succession planning.Maximise funding opportunities like the apprenticeship levy to support comprehensive people development.Lead transformative workshops and seminars for senior leaders and key stakeholders to foster a learning culture.Manage relationships with external training partners to ensure delivery of high-quality learning solutions.The Person: CIPD or equivalent (essential).Insights Practitioner accreditation (desirable).Proven track record in leadership development and strategic learning within large organisations.Exceptional project management, influencing, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in data analytics and performance metrics.Results-oriented, innovative, customer-focused, and able to instil trust and accountability.Capable of facilitating cultural shifts and driving transformational change.Inclusion:
