Join Worldwide Recruitment Solutions (WRS) as a Learning and Development Assistant and play a key role in shaping the careers of our dynamic, multinational team About the Role As our Learning and Development Assistant , you'll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to developing the talent within WRS across our UK and global offices.
Reporting to the HRBP, you'll champion a culture of continuous learning, supporting employees at all stages of their development journey.

If you're passionate about learning and development and eager to grow your own skill set along the way, this could be the perfect fit What You'll Be Doing Onboarding and Induction: You'll deliver engaging onboarding experiences for our new recruits.
Training Delivery: Lead standard training sessions and maintain training records with the support of the HRBP Coaching & Feedback: Provide deskside coaching and real-time feedback to consultants.
Call Analysis: Review consultant calls and curate examples for the I-Learning Library.
Skills Assessment: You'll liaise with Managers and the HRBP to identify skills gaps and tailor L&D support for individuals and teams.
Resource Development: Upgrade existing training materials and create new content for eLearning and LMS platforms.
Collaboration: Liaise with Divisional Managers to align training programs with team needs.
Event Coordination: Arrange company-wide training sessions, both online and in-person.
Self-Development: Stay ahead by engaging with 3rd-party L&D suppliers and proactively growing your own skills.
What We're Looking For Experience: Previous experience in an L&D Admin/Assistant role or someone who has worked in recruitment looking to share their experience and move into a training role.
Passion: A genuine commitment to learning and development for yourself and others.
Skills: Strong relationship-building, listening, organisation, and attention to detail.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital learning platforms.
Mindset: Adaptable, creative, and driven to improve processes and outcomes.
