Regional Learning & Development Facilitator for a national and well established organisation in the care sector.
Permanent post, £35,000 per annum plus £5,000 car allowance.
What will the role involve?
As a L&D Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous learning across multiple sites.
You will deliver engaging and interactive training, support home-based coaching initiatives, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure our colleagues have the skills and knowledge to deliver the highest standard of care.
