Job summary The role of Learning and Development Facilitator at Avery Healthcare focuses on driving performance and quality within their homes through the delivery of quality-assured training to the team.

Main duties of the job As the Learning and Development Facilitator, you will be responsible for leading training sessions for a cluster of homes, focusing on statutory and mandatory topics.
You will also identify learning needs using the Learning Management System (LMS), plan and design engaging learning courses and content, and facilitate interactive induction and refresher courses both face-to-face and virtually.
Additionally, you will accurately record training sessions in the LMS and assess learner knowledge, confidence, and understanding throughout the training.

Experience in adult social care and related qualifications.

Level 3 (or above) in Health and Social Care (or similar).

Person Specification Qualifications Essential To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have experience in learning and development within the adult social care sector, as well as experience in adult social care and related qualifications.
They must also have knowledge of statutory and mandatory training requirements, a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and meeting neurodiversity learning needs, and a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or willingness to work towards it) and a Level 3 (or above) in Health and Social Care (or similar).
