Key Responsibilities: Manage the delivery of global learning programs, ensuring a positive experience for participants and facilitators.
Supervise the Learning and Development administrator.
Oversee the Learning and Development budget and invoicing process.
Coordinate learning and development communications, keeping tools like Monday.com and the HR Intranet up to date.
Oversee partner and employee onboarding processes and participate in welcome sessions.
Create monthly reports on firm engagement in learning and ad hoc reports as requested.
Coordinate the global professional qualification, membership, and external course process.
Drive process improvements in the administration of learning and development programs.
General Duties: Maintain high standards of service and assist in developing the professional reputation of the function.
Understand and live by their values – approachable, straightforward, supportive, and distinctive.
Build and maintain professional and positive relationships with partners and employees.
Maintain trust and confidentiality at all times.
Act as a Trusted Advisor by building relationships across all business services teams.
