Learning & Development Administrator Graduate Opportunity Farnham £24,000 Overview: A centrally based Farnham company with multiple offices throughout the South East are seeking a Learning and Development Administrator to join their HR team and tackle the coordination and admin of the L&D department head on!
This is a permanent full-time role with hybrid and flexible working options.

Flexible working hours Hybrid working Health Cash plan Responsibilities: You will participate in different L&D and HR Projects.
Coordinate the L&D services and Events, scheduling diaries or participants and trainers.
Arrange virtual and physical venue spaces ensuring refreshments, equipment and training material is available Ensure that participants are aware of how to join meeting / have instructions of where to go.
Send regular reminders to participants.
Take full ownership of E leaning platforms Manage brochures of various courses Develop materials.
Ensure that portals are monitored to ensure student information is accurate and are qualifications are completed Support with the attraction of students and apprenticeship level candidates You will be the first point of contact for all L&D queries, Improve employee's experience by implementing changes from feedback.
Skills/ Requirements Educated to a degree Level with a 2:1 and above.
experience of working within an administrative role would be an advantage.
High standard of written and verbal English comm skills.
Proficient user of MS Office Experienced with a LMS system desirable but not essential.
Passionate about a career in L&D Full driving License and own car is essential
