Job Title: Maximo Functional Consultant Location: Hybrid (SWS Durrington Offices / SWS Falmer Offices, UK) 2 - 3days Contract Type: 6-month contract Special Working Conditions: Travel required to the following locations for in-person collaboration when agreed with SWS: We are seeking a Maximo Functional Consultant with 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), including 8+ years in the Utilities or Energy & Resources sectors.
The successful candidate will work on Maximo implementations and contribute to digital transformation projects, driving innovation in asset management and workforce management for utilities.
The role offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies, providing opportunities to collaborate with both business and IT teams on complex EAM solutions.
Perform Functional Data Analysis and Data Mapping between Legacy systems and Maximo.
Deliver tasks on time and to a high standard, ensuring quality at every stage.
Coordinate tasks with onsite and offshore teams, ensuring smooth communication.
Work closely with customer's Business, IT, and Architect teams to resolve open issues.
Provide expertise in Work and Asset Management (WAM) within the Utility industry.
Contribute to industry projects in Utilities, Energy, Mining, and Metals sectors.
Apply knowledge of Reliability Centric Maintenance principles and Asset Performance Management.
Provide insights into Asset Predictive Analytics.
6 implementations, specializing in Utilities Asset Management and Workforce Management.
Led at least two Maximo Transformation projects in Electric/Gas T&D, acting as Functional Consultant/Solution Architect.
Extensive testing experience, particularly in Maximo + GIS/WFM integration for utility transformation projects.
Strong analytical skills to assess customer business requirements and design Maximo solutions.
Experience in conducting Business Process Workshops and performing Maximo fit-gap analysis.
Business Process Mapping and Solution Design experience, particularly in: Work Management & Planning Asset Management (Point and Linear Assets) A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
