Job Reference: SK - 6046 Our client is a corporately owned practice is looking for a new Veterinary Surgeon to join and lead their team!
The Role: This position is a 4 days a week, with 1 in 4 Weekends.
There are no OOHs requirements, offering a great work/life balance.
The dynamic team currently consists of over 18 Veterinary Surgeons with varying degrees of experience from certificate holders to junior doctors, over 16 RVNs, 5 Student Nurses, 6 Pet Care Assistants and a well-staffed reception, admin and support staff team.
In this pivotal role, you will integrate advanced diagnostic techniques, including abdominal ultrasound, cardiology, and CT, to elevate our clinical services in a primary care hospital setting.
The ideal candidate would be confident in diagnostic imaging, including ultrasound, cardiology and CT scanning.
Key responsibilities include maintaining the highest standards of clinical care of their own and within the business; understanding, utilising, and assisting in developing their team's clinical skills to maximise provisions and level of service, and support in training and mentoring of the veterinary team.
They will also be expected to inspire and motivate the team; collaborate and effectively communicate with team members and build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and their fellow colleagues.
The Package: Salary up to £90,000!
